Biography
Dr. Elicker received her Ph.D. in I/O psychology from Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ in 2000. Her research interests include learning, feedback, and organizational justice. She has published in journals such as Human Performance, Journal of Management, Applied Psychology: An International Review, Teaching of Psychology, Journal of Diversity in Higher Education, and Journal of Vocational Behavior. Prior to joining the faculty at the University of Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ, Dr. Elicker was an organizational consultant specializing in competency-based systems for employee selection and development. Dr. Elicker is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), the American Psychological Association (
